I used Photoshop to get this simple effect on the fish, i overlayed a human eye and further color corrected to match the fish color, and in another layer, added blur to the eye so that it would match the blur on the fish body.

The fish in the picture is Angel Fish on in my Fresh water aquarium, taken using a Sony Alpha with Sigma Macro Lens.

The human eye belongs to my wife.
